Who will be doing our job?
The licensed owner operator of Tiler2u will be working with you on your tile job. We do not allocate sub contractors who you have not met before to work on your project.

Are you licensed and insured?
We carry all relevant insurances such as Public Liabiility, Workers Comp and Fair Trading NSW contractor license.

What happens if we are not sure about how long the job will take?
As a guide most small repairs in 1 area will usually require a minimum of 2 hours. A 4 hour booking is usually safe to get across a couple of areas. We will endeavour to advise accordingly if we think more time is required. A phone call to discuss this prior is also advised.

What can I do to prepare for your visit?
Provide as much information as you can for the work you would like performed. Have your spare tiles available for repairs or cracked tiles. Move any furniture or house hold items away to maximise our time for the tile work
